Chef Aaron Wratten balances traditional French preparations with seasonal contemporary Farm To Table creations. Referring to it lightly as "Mid-Century Cuisine," he combines the organic fruits and vegetables from the restaurant's own gardens with locally produced meats, poultry, and cheeses. Aaron grew up in this family business, traveled to Paris for his culinary studies at L'Ecole Ferrandi and then worked at several prestigious restaurants in New York City including "Aureole" under Charlie Palmer and "Restaurant Daniel" under Daniel Boulud, before becoming the Executive Chef at The Horned Dorset Primavera in Rincon, Puerto Rico. He joined The Horned Dorset in 2012 to carry on the tradition of excellence started in 1977.
